WESTARM Therapy & Nursing is pleased to announce that they have renewed their contract with the Burrell School District to provide rehabilitation services for their special-needs students. Services will begin at the start of the 2012-2013 school year and will extend through the 2013-2014 school year.
Licensed physical and occupational therapists employed by WESTARM will be available within the schools to assure that any physical limitations of special-needs students will be addressed so that the students are able to be educated in a standard school environment. The therapists will work closely with the school staff in the development and implementation of an Individualized Education Plan for each student.
WESTARM is a Medicare Certified Rehabilitation Agency that has been in business for over 29 years. They offer outpatient Physical, Occupational & Speech Therapy at eight (8) facilities and in home visits of Skilled Nursing and licensed therapies primarily in the Alle-Kiski Valley (northeast) area of Pittsburgh, PA.
