I would highly recommend WestArm Physical Therapy in New Kensington. Eric and Kyra are a phenomenal team. After spending about 2 months with them, I am feeling 75% better than I was the day I walked in their door. Everyone there is very efficient and knowledgeable and makes sure you are comfortable and they are attentive to your needs! I love how they all work so well together. The 7am spot was my favorite. Thank you all for your dedication to my needs.

The front desk attendant was coughing and hacking all over my cards and paperwork. Then proceeded to say this will cost you on top of your insurance. Wowwwwwww!!!!!!!!!!!! Broken systems need to be replaced with one's that help people!!!!!!

My experience with WESTARM Physical Therapy in New Kensington was great. After 2 knee replacements in 6 months, i was in a lot of pain. The entire staff (Eric, Delle, Kyra, Katie and Amy) was knowledgeable, fun, friendly and professional. They were very efficient. As soon as you finished an exercise, someone was telling you where to go next. Thank you for your patience, caring and encouragement. It is what got me through the therapy. Thanks for always watching and being ready to offer help and advice along the way. By the time I left therapy, I was in much less pain and was able to walk easier and with confidence. Thank you so much for my successful recovery. I would recommend Eric and his staff to anyone needing Physical Therapy.

It's been almost 6 months that I have been to therapy and I must say my back pain has been little to none. All the staff helped me navigate to get myself better! Being a busy mom& grandma has it's days but going to therapy consistently & putting myself first in this journey was the key! If you were like me & thought dealing with the pain was the norm! I am so glad I chose WESTARM PT in New Kensington! I had some pretty bad hip pain for a long time and they helped me so much. Eric and his staff were very professional, empathetic, and genuinely wanted to help me feel better. After nine sessions I was discharged and continue to do the exercises at home that were recommended. My only regret is that I didn't start therapy much sooner! The practice is clean and bright with some really good equipment and all of the staff are kind and highly skilled. I especially liked that it wasn't crowded so I received one to one attention. I felt listened to and all of my questions were answered. If I need more therapy in the future, this is my place!

Instead of Physical Therapy, this should be called the "Body Shop"! I thought I would just have to live with the pain I was having before therapy. But I was wrong. After therapy my balance is restored, my back pain is gone my hip and leg pain as well! I am truly thankful for Westarm Physical Therapy "Body Shop". I am writing a review about Eric Konvalin, the physical therapist facility director at West Arm Therapy New Kensington office. I’ve been an orthodontist for thirty years. I know the importance of being on the cutting edge in technology and delivering that care in a personalized manner. Eric displays this same honest and firm commitment reassuring the confidence required to know your in excellent hands during your recovery and prevention of future incidences. I’ve met many physical therapists, but none as knowledgeable and experienced as Eric Konvalin. His success, like most successful offices, relies on a well trained and courteous staff. If you want to feel like your at the best possible place for your rehab, then here is the place to be. I just referred my son to Eric.

West Arm Therapy is the judgement free healing center. I was simply amazed and impressedwith the people and quality of work given to each patient. They knew exactly what to do. They knew when to get rid of some exercises to replace with new exercises. I went to get help due to a pre existing neck injury from a car accident two years previous. When I came to West Arm Therapy I had no strength in my neck muscles to support my head. By the time I was finished with Physical Therapy they had cured any bad ailment I had been experiencing. Truly amazing! God Bless West Arm Therapy!

Started many year ago at Westarm after which my parents went there before I did. They highly recommended Erik. During these past few years, i have returned with many problems in health and was highly pleased with the outcome after therapy. They listen to what you have to say and then work and adjust to your needs. I was always pleased with the outcome. Thank you for the many times when I came in in a bad mood - the pleasant atmosphere let all of your problems go and you finished with a smile.

I had to have very extensive tendon surgery on my thumb following an incident with the resulting tendon becoming completely ruptured. Surgery was performed with a ring finger tendon replacing the ruptured one in my thumb. Colby at Lower Burrell was my Certified Hand Therapist who worked diligently to help me regain my strength and flexibility following the surgery. She was outstanding with tried and true therapy methods as well as some very innovative methods to help me attain my goals and return to work. Jen Ravotti also provided her expertise on several occasions when Colby was not available. I can't say enough great things about my care and treatment following this extensive surgery. I have since returned to my normal work duties and recreational activities thanks to the hard work and outstanding care from Colby and Jen.

Western is a fabulous Place, the staff there literally saved my daughters life with being very proactive and in tune to there patients. I can not Thank you enough. The staff Eric George and Gary are phenomenal as is Amy.
Eric caught a potentially life threatening issue on my daughter and immediately began to seek treatment to rule out any issue. His quick thinking and experience was so greatly appreciated.

I had a knee issue and my orthopedic doctor recommended PT and that I make an appointment through their referral system. I'm happy to say after talking with some local people they recommended WESTARM. I made my appointment with the Freeport Road location and couldn't be happier. Eric, George and Gary couldn't have been nicer to not only me but everyone of the patients that were there. Outstandingly professional and polite to everyone. They work so well together that you never have to wait for them to be free. They walk and work efficiently, and whichever is free the moment you finish an exercise, one of them are with you to instruct you through your next. They watch their patients as they come in the parking lot and only give you time to check in and take you immediately. Not only was I pleased with their service, but I am pain free. I could not recommend them more highly.

The best! If you want help to recover come here. I came here with a bilateral total knee replacement and because of my time here I am well on my way to getting my life back to normal. my experience with WESTARM PT was with a CHT who did the best anyone could do. I was very impressed with her and the facility she worked from at the Pittsburgh Mills area which is now Cheswick. I would highly recommend her for treatment of any hand injury to anyone.

Being not from this area, I was looking for a new PT Group for my knee issue's, was reading some reviews and came across Westarm Pt group. Liked the place right away, didn't sit more that 5 to 10 min in the waiting room, and with covid everyone had masks and was very aware of cleaning the machines after being used,Eric and his staff are outstanding, very thorough with there exams I'm very grateful for all the care and expertise that the group showed to help me accomplish my goals. With all the hard work and exercise I have the mobility back in my knee and leg. Want to thank you again. Eric,George, Gary,and Amy, (Excellent job )

I, Emmaline, shattered my leg, broken in three places, and was just hoping that eventually I would be able to walk again. Dr. Konvalin is incredibly knowledgeable and set high goals for my recovery. I was sceptical. But with the guidance of the whole team my recovery was amazing! Six months later I was hiking through the jungle of Ecuador. 😄 I am so impressed by the care I received at Westarm! I recieved therapyfor a broken wrist earlier in the spring . Therapy at Westarm in New Kensington/Arnold was such a positive experience. We are blessed with this local therapy office. Eric Konvalin is a wonderful caring therapist who really assesses patients. He actually found a problem that has been taken care of by the simple addition of a heel insert! This helped overall. Eric has great assistants:Gary McMahon and George Sosnick who carry out the paces of treatment very efficiently. Amy is there to greet patients and be a listening ear. Thanks for your expertise. Westarm is the best! I have used them twice, once after major back surgery and more recently after a trimalleolar ankle fracture. They are professional and friendly, able to help you feel comfortable. I wouldn't use any other rehab provider.

Westarm Physical Therapy in Burrell provided excellent pre-op, at home, and post-op physical therapy services for my complete knee replacement. The entire staff at the Lower Burrell facility, including the at home therapist, were extremely knowledgeable, supportive, friendly and efficient. Westarm Graduation Wooohoooo !!!! So 7 months ago my simple hip replacement Revision turned into a disaster !! Had to “Not Move” for 6 weeks to allow for healing !!!! At this point I was Physically,Mentally and Emotionally a mess when Surgeon gave the ok to start physical therapy . On 2 crutches Greeted by smile Terese at the window was lead back by Will (Burrell soccer Star )for evaluation ! Crying I soon realized that I couldn’t do anything without assistance ! I Needed help with my shoes ..getting on and off exam table Etc ..moving any part of my leg ! Failed the initial exam !!!!! Then met my “reincarnated sister “ MARYANN who must have picked the short straw to work with me EVERY day 3times a week ! Poor Maryann ! Somehow she managed to get my leg moving by pretty much moving it for me ! When I moved to 1lb weights the joke was that I can eat that much spaghetti and could barely move it !?!? Maryann and I slowly made progress ! After 5 1/2 months UNBELIEVABLE Progress ! Not only physically but mentally and emotionally!! Terese Maryann Lauren George Colby Kyle Will and Blain were my social life ,my Family, “highlight of my day” and my saviors !!!! Thank God for what they do! I Have to say that Maryann is “The BEST” !!!! I could never thank them enough !!! I cried on the way in …After 5 1/2 months …I cried on the way out !!!! Unbelievable rehab !! Thanks to you ALL!!! You might call me a "Lifer" when it comes to WESTARM PT in Lower Burrell! I will never go anywhere else when I need help and I haven't for 10 years! Therese makes sure that I am scheduled when it works best for me. Dr. Will, Lauren, Dr. K, George, Holly, Alex and every person there looks out for you and is more than willing to help or answer questions. I always feel better and stronger when I complete my therapy, but as one ages the body needs more attention and WESTARM Lower Burrell is there to give it!

To me, WESTARM is the BEST! It's close to home, very clean and organized. Starting with the receptionist, Terese, to the therapists, everyone is knowledgeable, professional and personable. I have used West Arm therapy in Lower Burrell a number of times. I do not recall the names of the therapists who helped me in past years, but in 2021, Will Jones was absolutely wonderful. Very polite, professional, knowledgeable and friendly. He helped me both before and after my knee replacement surgery. His assistant, Mary Ann, was also very helpful and knowledgeable. In the main office, Tom and Nicole (? not sure) took charge immediately at the beginning of my therapy when there was a mix-up involving the discharging hospital/nurse. Everything worked out fine and I would definitely recommend West Arm to anyone!

After tearing my rotator cuff and losing my outside bicep tendon they worked with me prior too and after my surgery. The quality of care was above and beyond!!! My husband just finished his therapy today and I have nothing but high praise for the staff. Will did the PT with my husband and was top notch. He addressed any concerns we had and helped my husband to achieve goals we didn’t think possible. Colby was in charge of OT. She worked diligently with him to gain more strength and mobility in his hand. Both suggested exercises for him to work on at home daily- he did, which helped him tremendously. Stacey is in charge of the office. She is friendly, helpful, and courteous, which is a big plus when you’re struggling with therapy due to an injury. I highly recommend this location- they work with you- that brings peace of mind.

With my knee replacement over, I had Will from WESTARM-Lower Burrell come into my home for my initial therapy. Will was very professional and very caring. He listened to every concern with compassion. When it was time for continuing physical therapy at their facility, I was fortunate to have Will continue with my case. The feeling of complete and total care, customized to me and my pain levels never faltered with any of the staff at this facility. I was not new to WESTARM previously having two hip replacements, as well as pre-op therapy with Clayton. I can’t say enough about Will, Clayton and all of the staff. My operations and recovery each time were a breeze and results couldn’t have been any better. I feel great! With any future issues, I would not hesitate to return to WESTARM! I recommend them to anyone I know who needs this type of service. Two thumps up and five stars to be sure!

I had suffered a concussion after a traumatic fall and was unaware that there existed physical therapy specialists who could help to resolve the subsequent vertigo that I experienced. I lived with it for almost two months and was becoming depressed that I would not have my normal balance and vision again. I learned about the vertigo treatment during an occupational therapy appointment at the Lower Burrell office and after one treatment, my vertigo is almost 100% gone and my vision has improved very close to as it was before the trauma! I am so grateful for Will and the entire staff at the Lower Burrell office for their thoughtful care and expert knowledge. Highly Recommend

I received physical therapy at the Sarver office of West Arms after total knee replacement and am certain I would not have gotten to where I am today without Julia, Terri, Shelby and intern Eric. I had 4 complete and 1 partial tear in my rotator cuff and the only fix was a reverse shoulder replacement. I couldn't lift my arm out or up more than 6 inches. Julia, Terry, Shelby, and Holly at the Sarver location were wonderful! I now have almost complete motion restored with no pain and don't have to have the shoulder replacement! I couldn't have asked for a better experience. They treated me like family. I even found a new book series to read from Terry's recommendation. They are the BEST!

I went to the Sarver location to address a shoulder issue. I chose Westarm since they were a family owned business and not part of a large hospital. I was met with friendly staff and on time appointments. My initial visit was to test the motion and pain levels and to rule out any rotator issues, and discuss expectations. Turned out that I have been dealing with deltoid strain and I was given some exercises and stretches to strengthen and increase range of motion. I had 5 total visits and have had great improvement in both flexibility and greatly reduced discomfort. I’m well on my way to recovery. I have no follow ups, nor need anymore since I was direct access without a referral and only could be treated for 30 calendar days. I will definitely go back with any other future needs.

The actual care was great, that's not the problem. I was told my care would cost $75 for the first session and $50 for subsequent sessions. I paid that. Then I was slapped with an additional $400 bill two months in. Completely unacceptable billing practice, get your PT from a place that will be honest about what they're charging.

I had 2 different problems that I dealt with in the last year. I can't say enough about the team at Sarver West Arm. From Barb at the front desk to the director Clayton and Karen the PTA you were always greeted with a smile. They all had your best interest at the forefront. I have used several PT locations in and around Saxonburg and they are by far the Best! The facility is spotless and they take the time to make sure all the equipment is wiped clean between clients. I would give them an A+ rating and recommend them to anyone.

Just finished 3 months of PT at the Cheswick location. The staff was equal parts professional and friendly. Every staff member was able to pitch in and lead me through my next bit of exercises. Regular evaluations were done and progress was noted. On a few occasions I had to call to rearrange a session and they were very accommodating. Paperwork was filed properly so there no problems with insurance coverage. While I hope to not need their services in the future, I would not hesitate to return, if necessary. Yes, I would highly recommend Westarm Physical Therapy in Cheswick.

A GREAT customer-oriented culture! The staff are all very professional, friendly, hard working, and efficient in the way they execute the treatment plans for the clients. First, all of the staff at the Cheswick Westarm Therapy location are fantastic! Everyone is welcoming, helpful and make your day a little brighter. We specifically worked with Susan Kreinbrook because she specializes in neurological issues (my dad has Parkinson’s.) I literally cannot say enough good things about Susan. Dad was resistant to therapy, but once he started working with Susan, his mind was changed. Susan is a very patient therapist who is not only extremely knowledgeable in her field, but is willing to take the extra time and care to explain why every exercise is important. This was incredibly helpful for my dad. Susan was also the one who saw that my dad was suffering from vertigo after a fall, and she was able to correct his symptoms. She then went above and beyond to review fall recovery with him, so dad would know what to do if he fell again. When we started, my dad was at a point where he was not walking very well and was tripping over his feet. He has improved significantly because of what he learned during his time with Susan. Most importantly, she worked with him on his balance issues, and utilized exercises that would be beneficial to his everyday life. During our time there, we also saw her get out a set of tools to fix a patient’s wheelchair brake that was loose. It is that attention to detail and devotion to her clients that should tell you that Susan is a top-notch therapist.

I have just concluded two months of occupational therapy at Westarm following surgery to my hand. Jennifer R is a certified hand therapist and I couldn't be more pleased with how she has helped me through the entire healing and recovery process. My surgeon impressed upon me how important therapy was to a successful outcome and Jen certainly delivered! I'm so impressed with her expertise and concern; she introduced me to a variety of therapy techniques that she determined were best at my various stages of recovery. She indeed personalized my therapy to my unique situation.

I had a major injury from a car wreck with a fractured pelvis and dislocated femur. Spent some time in a wheelchair and had a lot of difficulty doing anything I did before the accident. I came to WESTARM after my initial rehab was finished because I was still having some problems. I used the endless wave pool and it really made a difference. I could jump and run in place as much as I wanted without having a lot of strain put on my hip and leg. I did it for a couple months and now I’m almost fully recovered. They were really helpful and designed a workout for me that was specifically for my problems I was having. I would recommend this type of aqua therapy to anyone with lower extremity injury because it is very helpful and strenuous without putting to much pressure on your bones and joints.

I have been treated by this facility several times for various conditions mostly related to arthritis.....two total knee replacements, cervical spine surgery, whiplash, and scoliosis of the spine. I have been to three other physical therapy facilities before making my way to this one and after the experience I have had here, I refuse to go anywhere else. After a spontaneous fall and injury to my shoulder for which I had previous Rotator Cuff surgery, I was extremely apprehensive of regaining my full right arm/shoulder function.

The West Arm Vandergrift staff provided excellent therapy and a positive atmosphere to do the work and a schedule for at-home exercises that enhanced therapy. I have had aqua therapy and some strengthening therapy for the past six weeks. I was anxious about the aqua therapy at first but Sierra and Erin were always encouraging and patient. Aqua therapy makes a difference in mobility when you are in pain. Katie handled insurance issues very well. Everyone is professional and evaluates progress on a regular basis. I have been ordered PT again with a different focus. I will be going to West Arm in Vandergrift.

Each session was very helpful. I have had therapy treatments on both shoulders and now both knees. Each time I walked through the door, I was treated with a smile and a big hello. I would recommend WESTARM to anyone.

I would like to say that everyone at Westarm Physical therapy Leechburg are the best working group of therapists I've ever had the pleasure to meet. I had a total knee replacement and arthritis removed in my right knee on August 26th. Just a bit over 2 months later and they had me back to very close to normal again. The crew there are so great. They work together so well. If I ever need rehab for anything again, I'll be back here for sure. Thank you to Luke, Rachel, Jay, Bill, John, and Jen for everything you did to help me. I would highly recommend WESTARM PT Leechburg if you are looking for somewhere after your surgery or if you have any other physical pain issues.

The care that I received from WAPT Leechburg was phenomenal. I went there after suffering 3 years of debilitating pain. They took me from a pain level 15 on a scale of 1-10 down to a level 2 and 3. With their care I gained enough strength to make it back on to my bicycle for hopefully a wonderful summer of trail riding again. I am able to live life comfortably again. I recommend this facility 1000 percent!!!

I recently injured my right arm tearing one of my bicep muscles from my shoulder. WESTARM was recommended by my doctor for strengthening the arm. I found the therapists polite, skilled, friendly, and knowledgeable. The entire facility was neat and clean. All in all, a pleasant experience.

Best physical therapy I have ever received. Had a full knee replacement. Everyone (Jennifer, Luke, Bill and Julia and the rest of the crew) was great! Haven't needed physical therapy for 11 years. They answered every one of my questions, asked me my goals, showed me how to achieve my goals and encouraged me every step of the way. When I would get frustrated, they would explain things to get me back on track. I never heard you won't be able to do... or anything negative. I hope I never have to use them again but if I do, I'm going right back to them. Accommodating my schedule was never an issue. I even took my mother there for help with balance issues. Always treated with respect and care. Can't say enough good things about the staff or location.

After losing my left thumb OT jen /emily and staff made my recovery easier than I thought it would be. Staff at West arms got me fully recovered in 6 months when doctors told me 1year complete recovery, the professional but family like staff and atmosphere did wonders in my recovery, in the end this old dog learned a few new tricks, thank you

I recently had a total left knee replacement and received PT from Westarm in the Leechburg/Allegheny/ Twp. Clinic. From the first day when Luke introduced himself and the entire staff including Bill, Julia, Emily and Jen, I was treated with excellent therapy as well as a warm and friendly surrounding. I highly recommend this facility to anyone in need of the services it provides and would not hesitate to be treated there in the future. Thank you Luke and staff for helping me recover from a difficult surgery and easing my anxiety as well. You truly are a wonderful group of health professionals.

My daughter, myself, and my wife have all used West Arm PT in Leechburg. Luke and his staff are excellent! They are friendly and knowledgeable. They take the time to really listen and personalize your PT. My daughter, a shy teenager loved the staff. They turned a very scary situation in to a positive for her. We are so grateful to them. My family would highly recommend them. You will receive the best care from a very patient and caring staff.

Just finished at West Arm in Allegheny Township. I can tell you that I will never go to another PT facility, again. The staff is unbelievable from the DPT, PT, PTA's, and administrative assistant. The equipment is always clean, and so are the linens. Getting an appointment is an easy process, and they always work with you if you goof up and need to be late or cancel.

Julia was my therapist. She is a rockstar. Her education and knowledge of PT really shines and she is very easy to work with. She does whatever she can to help and is always accessible when you are there or if you walk in.

I really cannot say anything even remotely bad about anyone in the Allegheny Township location. It has been all positive experience. I had a unicompartmental (partial) knee replacement in January and I'm back to living normally very quickly thanks to West Arm.

If you need PT, seek out West Arm. They are at the top of the list when it comes to excellence.

Very friendly and accommodating staff. They all took the time to understand my physical condition at each visit and then advise the best rehabilitation exercises to maximize the recovery process. At each session the team took the time to answer questions and recommend activities at home that would compliment the recovery process. The healing was a long process but ended with favorable results.

I went to WESTARM Therapy after having a total knee replacement in March 2016. Having surgery was a big decision for me and choosing where to have my therapy was just as important. I chose WESTARM because of past experience with them and because of their reputation for producing good outcomes. I credit them with my rapid recovery from my surgery. The staff is friendly, caring and competent. If I need physical therapy in the future, I would definitely go back to WESTARM. I also recommend it to others needing therapy. It's a great place to Rehab.

Not sure where to start ! Nothing but great things to say about the care provided for my me! Not sure I can use names but Heather/ WestArm health care was alway pleasent and helpful in my one year plus recovery from cancer. Heather was very positive in my recovery and helped me with my physical and mental well-being. She was very accommodating when it came time to schedule my home care she was always was cheerful and helpful throughout my time spent in recovery. The bottom line is I could sit here for hours but there’s really not enough time in a day to tell you how helpful and thorough Heather and West arm healthcare was throughout my year and a half of home care
. With that said Heather and West arm is highly recommended and I don’t know if I could be in the position I’m in without Heather and the help of their care.
