Our school-based therapists are experienced in treating special needs students in an educational environment that includes:

• Collaborative service providers as part of the IEP team
• Provide training to educators in general education, learning support, autistic support, and life skills
• Collaborate through MTTS and provide services at all tiers to best support students’ needs
• Consultation services in early handwriting interventions through a kindergarten push-in program
• Deliver evidence-based interventions including Learning Without Tears and Size Matters Handwriting
• Develop sensory rooms, individualized sensory breaks/protocols, & strategies for classroom management
• Lead group sessions to address various areas of school-based skills such as handwriting, cutting, fine motor skills, life skills, transition skills, and positive mental health
• Trained in Youth Mental Health First Aid
• Efficient use of ACCESS billing systems and requirements
• Proficient with multiple IEP programs including IEP Writer, Skyward, DARTS and Sapphire
